Massage rollerball with gentle, tolerable pressure onto clean skin of the affected area using small, circular motions for up to three minutes at a time, or as tolerated. Recommended dynamic use of rollerball: move in clockwise circles, then switch to counterclockwise. Use several times a day on active or stagnant scar sites, or as needed.
